We offer pre-designed home plans, fully custom designs and addition-renovations. Architect & Owners

Wendy WeltonPrincipal Architect, Founding Partner
The majority of the designs are by founder and co-owner Wendy Welton, RA. Wendy attended the Boston Architectural Center in the 1980’s, then moved on to obtain her professional degree from Pratt Institute in New York in 1994. She’s been working in the field of architecture since 1986, was first licensed in 1998, founded Art Form Architecture, Inc. in 2001, and added Artform Home Plans as a division in 2007. States of licensure include New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut.
Rachel JonesArchitect, Partner, Sr. Designer, Head of Special Projects
Rachel joined Art Form Architecture in 2013 and became a full Partner in January 2024. As Head of Special Projects, she oversees all commercial and multifamily projects, bringing her experience and expertise to a diverse range of architectural work.

Rachel earned her Master of Architecture degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2026, she achieved licensure as an Architect in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, marking an exciting milestone in her architectural career.

With over a decade at Art Form, Rachel plays an integral role in leading the firm’s special projects and delivering thoughtful architectural solutions for commercial and multifamily clients.

Holly SpinneyPartner, Senior Designer
Holly joined Art Form Architecture in 2008 and became a full Partner in January 2024. As a Partner, she oversees the firm’s operations, helping keep projects and day-to-day business running smoothly.

Holly holds associate degrees in Architectural Technology from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and Interior Design from Hesser College. Her combined background in architecture and interior design brings a well-rounded perspective to her work and her role in supporting the firm’s success.

Allison JohnsPartner, Sr. Designer, Head of Production
Allison joined Art Form Architecture in 2011 and became a full Partner in January 2024. As Partner, she oversees production, helping guide projects through the development of design plans and construction documents while maintaining the firm’s standards for quality and consistency.

Allison holds an associate degree in Architectural Technology from the New Hampshire Technical Institute. With over a decade of experience at Art Form, she plays an important role in managing production and helping bring the firm’s architectural designs to life.

Alec FoleyClient Liaison
Alec joined us in the beginning of 2021 as Administrative support and has rapidly expanded his role to be primary client contact. Alec has a degree in Philosophy (!!) from Clark University.
Elizabeth RainvilleSenior Content Specialist
Elizabeth joined us in the fall of 2015 as our Content Specialist. That means she’s dealing with a lot of the marketing materials both for our web site and for our builders. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Communications from Framingham State University.
Alex GosselinProduction & Project Management
Alex joined us in the spring of 2019 as production staff. Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Keene State College, Keene, NH. He has begun the internship process working towards his architectural license.
Gavin ThomasProduction & Project Management
Gavin joined us in the spring of 2019 as production staff. Gavin has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Keene State College, Keene, NH. He has begun the internship process working towards his architectural license.
Tabitha McMinnimanProduction
Tabitha joined our production team in 2024, bringing valuable experience from her previous role in the industry.Her prior experience has been instrumental in supporting our production goals and enhancing the quality of our drawings.
Halle McGibbon-BloomProduction
Halle joined our production team in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and a degree in Interior Architecture. Halle’s expertise enhances our team’s ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
